Our Group Home and Semi-Independent Supported Living services specializes in treating adults aged 18 and older with traumatic brain injuries, physically handicapped, and mental illness.

Staff are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide personal care, protection, and supervision in all settings. The level of staff supports, and frequency of services is determined by the treating physician based on the needs of the client as outlined in the plan of care.
COST TO
CLIENT
Fees for service are covered by either auto insurance, worker’s compensation, or private pay. Service rates are based on the needs of the client.
